Organizational Development:
We lead organizations through mission and vision
statement creation and clarification. We work to enhance
the effectiveness of human resources through coaching and
training, while inspiring team investment in organizational
goals. We have served organizations such as Faith Christian
Church, Springs of Water Christian Assembly, Hartford First
Church of The Nazarene, Way of Hope Pentecostal Church, New
Life Community Projects, and the Greater Boston Sickle Cell
Association in areas such as capacity building, strategic
planning and financial management.
Fundraising
& Development:
We assist in developing data bases of donors and grantors,
support and organize fundraising events, write and manage
grants.
Programs/Services Development:
We conduct program evaluations and needs assessments with
a view to building capacity, and consult with senior leaders
with respect to program design and development.
Leadership
Development: We
partner with FBOs and CBOs on board development and
governance, giving executive support or coaching to
facilitate growth. We design and conduct Leadership
Training seminars.
Community
Engagement/Marketing
With strong academic
qualifications and real world experience we assess community
needs/assets, helping FBOs and CBOs to engage their
constituencies, developing marketing materials, marketing
campaign, communications strategy, and outreach.
